ZAGREB, July 28th, 2019 – The President-elect of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen wasted no time in showing great dedication to her new role. Shortly after the European Parliament confirmed her election, von der Leyen announced her tour across the EU, with Paris, Warsaw and Zagreb being her first stops.
Vlahovic Group was among the first in Croatia to recognize the business potential of Croatia’s EU Presidency. We are extremely glad the new Head of European Commission is on the same track as we are, as her visit to Zagreb this week clearly indicates. VDL is expected to meet with PM Andrej Plenkovic to discuss the Presidency, a massive platform for the most recent member state to establish itself as a proactive economic leader. They will also talk about Croatia’s portfolio in her Cabinet. For businesses operating in the EU, HRPRES 2020 presents a unique opportunity to build relationships in Brussels and to boost their impact through legislative cooperation with Croatia’s Presidency.
Vlahovic Group has extensive experience with EU institutions and the decision-makers from Croatia who will be involved in the Presidency. Natko Vlahovic pioneered the policy and regulatory affairs business in Croatia.
Here at Vlahovic Group, we have a tradition of assisting our clients with business problems in ways that create long-lasting relationships between their company and government.
With HRPRES 2020 right around the corner, now is the perfect time to engage our services to build a bridge between your company and EU institutions.
